Who is using STARS?
All kinds of organizations rely on STARS to support their risk management programs. It’s true that many Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 customers do use STARS, but we also serve a large number of small and mid-sized organizations, and organizations with lower claims volume. We have customers big and small, some running global businesses and some operating in a single state. Some of our clients have very complex risk management needs that require custom configurations and still many are able to use our standard configurations to meet all of their requirements.
In addition to providing standard configurations to get customers up-and-running quickly, STARS is modular, so our customers can purchase only what they need. Because STARS is a single, integrated platform, it’s very easy to add modules when expanded functionality is needed. STARS is also web-based, so customers just log in via the Internet, saving small and large companies alike the expense of maintenance and hosting.

Our software is available 24/7 and we have offices in 16 US locations, as well as London, England; Johannesburg, South Africa; and Sydney, Australia.
